Antioxidant-Rich Green Smoothie Bowl
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 frozen avocado
- 1 cup of mixed berries (frozen)
- 1/2 pitted date
- 1/2 peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp spirulina powder
Blend until smooth, serve with your favorite toppings in a heart bowl.
